Shopify Accessibility Audit & Fix

A fixed-price accessibility audit of your Shopify store, with the fixes made by hand in your theme. We evaluate up to 10 page templates against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and deliver within 10 business days of receiving collaborator access.

Included

• Up to 10 page templates: home, header and mobile menu, collection, product, cart drawer and cart page, search, one content page, contact, and customer login. Plus the colour contrast of your checkout branding.
• Automated WCAG 2.2 AA scan with our Remedy engine and axe-core, expert review of the theme code and accessibility tree, keyboard-only testing of every flow, and a human screen-reader check of the main shopping path by iTechVista staff (NVDA on Windows, plus a phone screen reader): home, menu, search, a collection, a product, add to cart, the cart and the start of checkout.
• Liquid, CSS and JavaScript fixes in a duplicate of your theme, with a changelog of every fix. Your live theme is not touched.
• Up to 3 third-party apps fixed with CSS or DOM overrides, or a defect note for the app's developer.
• A written report, a re-test after the fixes, an accessibility statement, and 30 days of fix warranty.

The screen-reader check covers the main shopping path, not every page, and we are not IAAP certified. We hold no accessibility certification and do not issue VPAT or ACR documents.
