Accessibility statement for iTechVista

iTechVista wants everyone to be able to browse, learn and buy from itechvista.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which includes everything in WCAG 2.1 level AA. Our store partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA. This means some parts of the store do not yet fully meet the standard. They are listed below.

What we have done

  • We check our pages with automated accessibility testing tools, including the free checkers we publish for other Shopify stores, and fix what they find.
  • Our pages declare their language, including the Spanish and Russian versions, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
  • Pinch-to-zoom is allowed on every page.
  • Every page has a main heading, our search field has a proper label, and gallery photos are numbered and announced, in English, Spanish and Russian (October 14, 2026).

Known issues

We know about these problems and are working to fix them:

  • Most product images do not have a description written for that particular photo (WCAG 1.1.1). The product name is read instead, and in a product's image gallery each photo is also numbered, so you can tell them apart and know how many there are. What you will not get yet is a description of what an individual photo shows.
  • Some interactive tools and simulators were built for mouse and touch first and may be difficult to use with a keyboard or screen reader. If one gets in your way, contact us and we will help you with the content another way.

Some parts of our store are provided by other companies, such as checkout and payment, order tracking and other apps. We cannot fully control how accessible they are. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help you complete your order another way.
