Return Policy

1. Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Non-returnable Items:
- Used gift cards
- Certain downloadable software products
- Items marked as non-returnable

3. Process:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label to the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.

4. Refunds:

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Replacements

1. Eligibility:
- Replacements are available for items that arrive damaged or defective within 30 days.
- Replacements are available for items that has been damaged within 14 days.
- Claims for replacements must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Process:

- Once your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

3. Exceptions:
