1. Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
2. Non-returnable Items:
- Used gift cards
- Certain downloadable codes & software products
- Items marked as non-returnable
3. Process:
- To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page and select the appropriate option, or reach out to our Customer Support team.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label to the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for standard processing times by your bank or payment provider.
Replacements Policy
1. Eligibility for Replacement:
- Replacements are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Claims for replacements must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Replacement Process:
- To request a replacement, please visit our Contact Page with your order number and photos clearly showing the damaged or defective item.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
3. Exceptions:
- Replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact item is out of stock, we may offer you the choice of a similar item, a full refund, or the option to wait until the preferred product is back in stock.
