We primarily offer front-end code snippets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This can range from simple style changes (like button colors) to more complex interactive elements (like custom sliders or form validation). We can create standalone snippets or code designed to be integrated into specific platforms like Shopify.
Choose the complexity level (Simple, Medium, Complex) that best matches your needs. During checkout, use the 'Order Notes' field to describe what you want in detail. You can explain the feature, its appearance, its behavior, and even provide links to websites that have similar elements you admire.
Provide as much detail as possible in your request. If the complexity seems higher than ordered, we'll contact you to discuss options or potential additional charges before starting work. If it's simpler, we'll proceed with the ordered level.
Code snippets are typically delivered as text files (.html, .css, .js) or directly within an email, clearly commented. Complex sections might include brief instructions. Delivery is via email to the address provided with your order.
For the extra $5, we provide specific, step-by-step instructions on where to place the provided code within your Shopify theme files (e.g., which.liquidfile and where within that file) to achieve the desired result. This does include us logging into your store and doing it for you, if you need this service please contact us to request the extra price quote.
Simple snippets are often delivered within 1 business day. Medium and Complex requests might take 1-3 business days, depending on the specifics and our current workload. We'll communicate if a longer timeframe is expected.
We aim to get it right the first time based on your description. Minor adjustments or bug fixes directly related to the original request are included. Significant changes or new features not in the original scope may require a new order.
Please double-check implementation instructions. If there's an error in the code itself, contact us with details (screenshots, error messages) within 7 days of delivery, and we'll investigate and fix any bugs in the code, or send you a full refund.
